Autopay in Tegel Quartier parking garage in Berlin
The Tegel Quartier parking garage is located close to the new modern pedestrian zone Gorkistraße in the Tegel Quartier of Berlin.
In 2021, the new pedestrian zone Gorkistraße was built in Berlin-Tegel. The modern pedestrian zone comprises approx. 100 shops on approx. 36,000 sqm retail space, approx. 28,000 sqm office space as well as approx. 320 car and 200 bicycle parking spaces. The traditional market hall Tegel, which looks back on 100 years of history, will be reintegrated into the pedestrian zone.

The project is one of the first central refurbishments of a complete shopping street in Germany. The future-oriented project development of HGHI contributes to the significant increase in attractiveness of the entire north of Berlin. The entire Tegel retail location will benefit from the opening.
